I too had this problem on iPhone and iPad and no updates to download. Luckily I have just managed to complete the level by starting with a colour bomb, striped and wrapped candy and a coconut wheel, all of which I had earnt through playing the game. I did need to buy 5 extra moves (only used 3 of them) with 7 gold bars,…

No it doesn’t give you a chance to confirm it just got numbed and went off. It isn’t like the lollipops or hands. It is the party hat one.I am so frustrated overall with candy crush lately and the whole 12-15 moves and no help. Guess it is time to delete and move on! Thanks

So in short I will be deleting candy crush and any other king games as I have not had adequate responses to my questions- terrible customer service

This does not solve my problem. I used all my boosters up to pass this level and 2006 and now I am in worse shape for 2097 for which I have 25 moves and others I see had at least 50

Same problem here! I have used up boosters trying to solve it and realized it is impossible so I searched and found all of you having the same problem!
