That's what I thought at first but it doesn't seem to matter what level you're on or how far you are in the Saga. When I've inquired about it before I was told that special events and bonus rounds are not rolled out to a 100% of people and is luck of the draw on who gets picked. That's the stupidest thing ever! Hi Karissa, you should now have all animal helpers available. Chardlefluff, do you play from Facebook or from a mobile device? Checking your game account shows all your animals available. If you play from a mobile device please reboot the phone/tablet and restart the game. Thanks I have the same problem! Can u please fix…

I am having almost the same problem with cc soda. It says its updating but it never stops so something is obviously wrong. If i do what u were told to try will i still be at the same level or will i have to start over?
