I have not been getting my animal helpers once achieving them in previous levels. It says to go back to the previous level to get them, but I click on it and already have the stars needed.

I am having the same issue. My animal helps haven't been showing up for quite some time. I have replayed the levels and still nothing, please fix.

I just got 3 stars on level 18 and I didn't get my animal so the problem is still happening... if you could give me some suggestions on how to fix the glitch that would be wonderful and greatly appreciated :-)

Hi Jarosław, the restore will complete after you reboot your mobile device and start Farm Heroes Saga again. If not then let me know and I'll help you in getting the animal helpers available again.
