Thank you for your response. I do not know what you mean by test group. I installed the game, it tells me if I win a race I will get a reward. I win the race and yet no reward. I contacted player support and they direct me here. I fully realize that rewards are at the discretion of the game owner. However, when they ask…

My partner has played this game for many years across multiple platforms without this issue. The only difference I have been able to play through the episodes very quickly and after winning several (10+) races on succession, the game decides to stop awarding the reward earned.

I have already tried this on both my I-Pad and my PC. The result is the same, no reward.
