I suspect that they have removed these features from PCs because you can refresh the page to your advantage - which you cannot do when playing from an app on a mobile or tablet? I have exactly the same problem. Firstly Didi & Rami disappeared from my PC and now Mort. Even more annoyingly it disappeared AFTER I'd already completed the necessary rounds to have filled the helmet for the maximim number of boosters!
