@Diannebee, @Judy: Are you having the same issue (the game stops on the blue loading screen) on Firefox or is it different issue? Would you be able to add a screenshot please? Have you tried to clear cache and cookies? Thanks! Mia I also want to add that I have no problems with Candy Crush Soda Saga; only Candy Crush.

JUST tried - still won't load on Firefox. I am also using Firefox. I've tried every fix recommended in this string, but nothing works.
