I haven't been able to load Candy Crush or Pet Rescue on FB for about a week now.Same issue throughout any device - iPhone, Mac Air, Dell PC, Macbook Pro. It started with the latest Facebook update which was released five days ago.
still not loadingPeople that can't get past the blue screen, click on the icon next to the star in the web address line, make sure it isn't blocking cookies for that site while your on the blue screen page. Then click on Show cookies and other site data right below where you just checked for blocking cookies. This will open a window that shows cookies in use. Click on blocked to see a list of blocked cookies. Mine showed Candy Crush Saga, King, YouTube and several others. Click on, click allow & it should load. I think when Chrome updated it changed some settings.

I am also using Firefox. I've tried every fix recommended in this string, but nothing works.JUST tried - still won't load on Firefox.
I've cleared the cache and cookies. My Firefox settings have not changed from when the game was working until it stopped. I've added a screenshot. Hope you can help. Please see Screenshot for Judy below. I wasn't able to insert into this post.@Diannebee, @Judy: Are you having the same issue (the game stops on the blue loading screen) on Firefox or is it different issue?
Would you be able to add a screenshot please? Have you tried to clear cache and cookies?

I also want to add that I have no problems with Candy Crush Soda Saga; only Candy Crush.@Diannebee, @Judy: Are you having the same issue (the game stops on the blue loading screen) on Firefox or is it different issue?

I have for the first time in a month tried to play candy crush on FaceBook, the very first game I played crashed out halfway through!!!!!!! I was in Google.Hi Dulcie, there was a problem with the games today. A King Admin posted this on King Care today: https://care.king.com/en/alphabetty-saga/experiencing-problems-with-your-game
Give it a bit and then try reloading the game again.
