@Kerrie & @Alienscar it’s the same thing. I can’t listen to iHeart Radio when playing Candy Crush. Adjusting the music slider had absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with this because I am IN FACT getting sound! However, it is ONLY iHeart Radio that I get sound from! Adjusting the music slider doesn’t change anything when…

The problem is that I am getting absolutely no sound whatsoever FROM THE GAME when I am also listening to iHeart Radio. What part of what I have been saying is so hard for you to understand?

This has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with adjusting the music slider. iHeart Radio is playing perfectly clear! However, I am getting nothing from Candy Crush. What part of what I have been saying is so hard for you to understand?

No, I am not saying I’m only had the issue since iHeart Radio updated, I’m saying it happened every single time I’m in a hotel room. I typically have a standard radio when I’m at home but I have iHeart Radio on my iPad for when I’m traveling.

Just because you don’t like/want something doesn’t mean someone else doesn’t. The question/issue is not about the sound in-game it’s that I can’t use another app (iHeart Radio) at the same time. Also, I am not playing on my phone, I’m playing on my iPad (I don’t have any games at all on my phone, they are only on my iPad).

My apps are always up to date. I have automatic updates turned “on” so I should never have to update anything manually. Furthermore, iHeart Radio was last updated 2 days ago (version 10.42.0). I don’t see a last updated date for Candy Crush. Additionally, I have the problem every single time I (try to) play when listening…

No, I am not doing that! That is creating 6 new accounts (4 new Candy Crush accounts for original, Soda, Jelly & Friends & 2 Cookie Jam accounts for original & Blast)! All of those are linked/synced through Facebook so that I can (also) see my friends’ progress in the games. Furthermore, even though you say you can restore…

I don’t play any games on my phone, all my games are on my iPad. As far as “Click on the blue button with the Facebook symbol to access your saved game. Restart the game and your progress should be right back where you left it!”, I don’t even see it. The article says “When you give an app access to your Facebook account,…

Furthermore, if/when I go to check Facebook permissions I get this: That is the same exact thing I got when Jelly wants me to log-in to Facebook & even though I had (as I had stated in an recent post) I as still getting promoted to log-in to o Facebook. Therefore, it is pretty obvious to me that everything you have told me…

This is ridiculous! In an attempt to put an end to this I (reluctantly) logged-in to Facebook & got an email from Facebook about a log-in alert. I then closed both & reopened Jelly….yet I still got the same exact message s that did absolutely nothing & is therefor a complete scam message! Completely unacceptable….
