So its been 3 weeks since I asked this question and would really appreciate a response from an actual admin that knows whether or not they are aware of this issue and if anything is planned to be done about it. Please and thank you.

I've beat the level, but what you just described does not 3 star the level. I've finished it with like 21-24 moves (cant remember) and still didnt even 2 star it. Like i said, if you were to use zero moves, and use only boosters to beat the level you still don't get 3 stars. That would b 90k points plus whatever you get…

I'm having the same problem. I also have a thread on this. I reached the end about 2 months ago and every time I reach the last level I go back to 3 star previous levels and this is the only level I have found impossible unless you use power ups, which should not be required.
