I’m using Apple Ipad App version? I don’t know. I went into the App Store for Candy Crush and didn’t see that I needed to update the app. My ID is 1213059609. Thanks! Karen

I tried level 17 104 and it worked fine. I’m attaching a screenshot but you can’t see that everything on the board is shaking. The problem arises when I make a move in the top three boxes in the top middle, where it is completely blank. Can you help.
