  • I am stuck on level 12811 for almost a week now. 20 moves is not enough and since my 401 gold bars disappeared when the format was changed, I can't buy more moves, nor do I have any boosters left.   • I lost 400 gold bars last week when they started the new format. I've been asking and responding every day and I get no response. Nothing but the same automated emails asking how they're doing. They're not doing well. I want my gold bars back.
