I already did that and opened a ticket. Like I said, when I respond to their emails with further details they do not seem to receive my replies. They have some kind of automated email scraper that must get my reply and move the information into an internal ticketing system . . . this is either broken or they are ignoring…

I used to have an old facebook account and deleted it many years ago. My king account must still be syncing with this old account because I cannot link it to my new facebook account. Support asked for my new facebook user id so they could change it but for some reason are not receiving my replies.
