Hello @Zzard and a warm welcome to the farm area. when you say you've lost the ability... are they just not showing or do you get an error message? Can they see your requests and are you getting any at all. which device are you playing on and which method do you log in with?

I had it the last two weeks but not this week. I suppose at the end of the day, they don't have to justify it. It's an event where we earn free items. They can end them at any time.
