  • Judging from your screenshots, it appears the draw hasn't started yet, hence, there are no results. The draw results will be revealed when the timer runs out. Keep in mind that the event is a lottery, and you do not have a guarantee of winning.

  • It is treating me like a new player though. This must be because they actually created a new account for you and moved it up the levels. It may not work properly. You either accept this and add friends anew, or ask them to find and recover your old account instead.

  • Opening those blocks requires collecting what is depicted on them. In this case, it's bubblegum. The bubblegum is created by the magic mixers. If you have already destroyed the mixers, you won't be able to open the last set of blocks and will have to replay the level, sorry.
