Did you manage to fix the problem on your phone at all as mine is still not working even after one month?

It's still not working! Please help. It has now been three weeks!

Hi There, I have followed all of the information and it still doesn't work. I have enough space on my Android phone. I cannot take a screen shot because it is where the payment confirmation whirls around and it tells me that "This app doesn't allow images". I really don't know what to do now.

Any help would be grateful. I have restarted the app, my phone, have a secure internet connection. Once I pick which purchase I like it takes me through to the confirmation of payment and then I get a white screen with a buffering wheel. Please help as I don't know what else to do.
