Well I reached out to King and so far can't help me with disappearing rewards. I've watched Sweet Cinema over a couple of hundred times and if I move around the game or leave it and come back it reverts back to zero. This is a real shame since I'm at level 17376.

So I'll ask again for help. My rewards dissappear after using Sweet Cinema. I have watched the entire board over 200 times. When I leave the game and start it again my rewards dissappear. Could you give me a couple hundred Lollypop Hammers and Free Switch till this issue gets resolved. I really like playing Candy Crush…

YES! And I've reached out. So far all I get is try this try that. Nothing works. So I said, maybe the problem is on your end. Now I don't get a response. I'm at 17376. I think I'm ready to give up.
