Hi. Is anyone having a problem with sweet cinema not saving rewards? I watch an ad, I get a reward, I check inventory and it is there. I leave the app and come back later and my rewards are gone. Hot air balloon rewards are working fine, it's just sweet cinema.

YES! And I've reached out. So far all I get is try this try that. Nothing works. So I said, maybe the problem is on your end. Now I don't get a response. I'm at 17376. I think I'm ready to give up.

Super frustrating! I keep checking evert day since last week and the problem is still there. I would think this would be a problem for the company because ad viewing must be way down as a result of this problem.

So I'll ask again for help. My rewards dissappear after using Sweet Cinema. I have watched the entire board over 200 times. When I leave the game and start it again my rewards dissappear. Could you give me a couple hundred Lollypop Hammers and Free Switch till this issue gets resolved. I really like playing Candy Crush Saga. I'm at level 17376. I don't want it to end here.

You are not the only one having difficulties. I’ve been having ads go black or freeze for a few weeks now. I also have had my rewards disappear for over two weeks not just in Sweet Cinema, but also the Season Pass after playing old levels over and over again. Now to keep track I take a screen shot of my boosters in the morning.
Now I’m not getting any ads at all, so playing new levels is out of the question, since I don’t have enough boosters or gold bars to successfully get thru an episode first.
