Why can't I play Candy Crush in landscape mode on tablet? Was OK until today

Lost all friends after January 19 2022 update. How to get list back?

Since the new update, in my Profile, the Invite Friends tab in "Add More Friends" doesn't work. Nothing happens. Also, under the Friendship tab, the players that want to be my friend tab doesn't work either. Can't add or delete them.

Deryck, as of this morning, 1.26.22, all my old friends are gone from previous levels. Was able to send them lives by going to previous levels and finding them there, but this morning, they are all gone. They're also gone from the map. Every one of them. Very sad day.

My main complaint is that I can't send lives to old friends because I can't get them on my new Friend list. Difficult to find them on the map as well. Not much fun anymore.

So disappointing that the recommended friends I am given to select from aren't any of my previous friends that I have been playing with for 7+ years. How to recover those friends is beyond me. BAD MOVE KING!!!!

I didn't lost lives accumulated during update, but I don't receive lives from friends when requested for several weeks now. I don't play on Facebook, just the Microsoft Candy Crush app either on my PC or my tablet. I used to get many, many lives daily when requested.

Patient? We've been hearing this since May 29. If King.com intends to discontinue support and assistance for all King.com online games, they should stop accepting $ for a game that doesn't work.  Since May 29 update. Two months. Unacceptable. I don't think they intend on fixing it at all. Maybe it was deliberate to get players to purchase lives and tickets. That's my take on all of this.
