I had this problem in level 171 - I asked a question about it here too but no one knew how to fix the problem.. Anyway, I found out that if you mix the colour bomb with a fish or special candy the game doesn't freeze, or if the colour bomb activates by itself. Thanks for the reply. An answer would be nice. Candy Crush Saga will not load at all and both Jelly and Soda will not save any progress!!!! I play all on a laptop.

No change at all. Using Chrome which scores 519 on HTML5 test. Graphics drivers are up to date, cache cleared and still unable to play!!

Oops. After about half an hour of play it began jumping again. Problem NOT solved unfortunately!
