Why aren't the 2nd and 3rd powerpops availabe? I've passed plenty of levels but it still shows me this. Why is that?

This is what I have currently. But still can't select any of the other two. And usually even if you don't have enough ingredients, it let's you select them anyways cuz you can buy more ingredients with gold bars. So I'm kinda upset that it's doing this.

Yes that's the problem. It won't let me click on neither power pops. As you can see see the other two are faded like they're not available. I sadly can't show you that but when I click on the purple candy it won't give me the option to mix it and the 3rd one doesn't let me select it. Only the color bomb one is available…
