🍧 Two of the Power Pops not available/ grayed out

Why I can't select Power Pop? Maybe because I'm playing a difficult level ?

Why aren't the 2nd and 3rd powerpops availabe? I've passed plenty of levels but it still shows me this. Why is that?

Hello @Minxstress looking at your screenshot the second Power Pop is available as it has the mixer symbol on it. You have selected the Double Colour Bomb (DCB) at the moment though, so you have to click on the Purple Surprise to mix that instead of the DCB. If you click on the third Power Pop it will show you what ingredient you are missing to make it active.

Yes that's the problem. It won't let me click on neither power pops. As you can see see the other two are faded like they're not available. I sadly can't show you that but when I click on the purple candy it won't give me the option to mix it and the 3rd one doesn't let me select it. Only the color bomb one is available for some reason and I would like to know why and if it's only happening to me. Even though I have the 3rd one mixed, I can't even use it cuz it won't let me select it to use it. If yours is normal you should see that all 3 power pops are all equally brightly colored whereas my 2nd and 3rd are slightly faded

I have lost my Power Pops now as it has been removed by King.
When the Pop's were first introduced it suffered from quite a few issue. An inactive Mix button was a very common issue as was a lack of ingredients.
All I can think of is that King hasn't resolved all of the issues with Power Pops even though they have rolled it out to other players.
You can try signing out of your game, restarting your device and then signing back into your game. Once signed back in play any level and your features will reappear.
This might fix any error at your end. You can also try clearing your app cache if you play on mobile.
When you click on the Purple Surprise it will only let you select it if you have enough of the required ingredients (ten waffles when I had the feature). So do you have enough of the ingredients?

Mine doesn't work either I've enough of things but it's faded so I can't press it except the colour bomb one

This is what I have currently. But still can't select any of the other two. And usually even if you don't have enough ingredients, it let's you select them anyways cuz you can buy more ingredients with gold bars. So I'm kinda upset that it's doing this.

Hi and welcome to the community.
You can try logging out of your game, restarting your device, and then logging back into your game.This might fix this problem. You can also try clearing your app cache if you're playing on mobile. and see what happens.
