The issue has been fixed. I did not have to restart my device either. Looks like something was pushed to the app to correct itself. I also got all of my progress back. Thank you!

This happens to me too and I have an iPhone 11. It cost me a win during a candy royals race too. I just close the app and reopen after playing 3 or 5 levels just to try and make sure it doesn’t happen. But now all of that doesn’t matter because all my progress has now been erased so 🤷🏾♀️
