When playing for a long the app chrashes and shuts down. (happend already more 5 times)

Last week I had a win serie of 12.

During a next game the app chrashes and my win serie is gone!

How can get my win serie of 12 back?

This happens to me too and I have an iPhone 11. It cost me a win during a candy royals race too. I just close the app and reopen after playing 3 or 5 levels just to try and make sure it doesn’t happen. But now all of that doesn’t matter because all my progress has now been erased so 🤷🏾‍♀️
