Hi @RoxyBoss I understood from your question that you won Gold Bars, but did not receive them. Are they Gold Bars from your Piggy Bank? Are Gold Bars won because of 1st, 2nd, 3rd positions in R.C? Are they from race? Are they won in some Competition in the forum?

The only reason I can think that it is possible to cause you loose all progress and start from level 1, is if you accidentally logged out of your account! If so, you have to login again. I also play it every day except Mondays without any problem! I am going to play it till the end!!!! @cruzin I haven't ever seen this screen including Win an Offer and Star Chase in this style!!!
