Lost all game progress

Hi Team,

Why have I lost all my progress from Candy Crush Jelly Saga and had to start again from level 1 ??? Also Candy Crush Soda Saga has had a technical issue and I have lost bonuses I should have received. Please help !! Many Thanks Kev ( OzzyKev )

Hi Nadia, Don't recall logging out of my account ! I went to log in and a page came up saying log into account to update, when I did, pc shut down. When I went to go back to C/C jelly saga I was back to level 1. If I have to start again you have lost me I'm not doing it all again, That sux !! Been with you a while not happy. The only reason I can think that it is possible to cause you loose all progress and start from level 1, is if you accidentally logged out of your account! If so, you have to login again.

The only reason I can think that it is possible to cause you loose all progress and start from level 1, is if you accidentally logged out of your account! If so, you have to login again.

Hi All I have a question that I'm hoping someone can answer. On the win 10 app I earn boosters but when I play the facebook version on a browser I get no boosters whatsoever no matter what. Can I fix this? TIA
