Hi @Ozzykev and welcome to our sweet and friendly community!
The only reason I can think that it is possible to cause you loose all progress and start from level 1, is if you accidentally logged out of your account! If so, you have to login again.
About your question for Soda, you can ask going to Soda Support Page!

Hi Nadia, Don't recall logging out of my account ! I went to log in and a page came up saying log into account to update, when I did, pc shut down. When I went to go back to C/C jelly saga I was back to level 1. If I have to start again you have lost me I'm not doing it all again, That sux !! Been with you a while not happy. Many Thanks Kev ( OzzyKev )
