Came across another level with the glass blocks and the hint/helper again showed a move I could not make - but as suggested, I moved the one outside of the glass block and this solved the issue. The helper/hint is/was the problem though and again, this would of saved us all a lot of time if the tech teams properly finished…

Passed level 4629 on my first try, so not got to test the problem properly yet, and the next level had no glass blocks, so I may be some time !! :)

Aha, Alienscar, much more informative :) That is indeed the exact problem I have been having and it's nice to have someone confirm that you cannot move the candy underneath the glass block. I am sure I tried swiping every way I could but I will indeed try and ignore the helper and see if I can make it work... Will let you…

Not been lucky enough to get a striped candy under a glass block yet, so cannot confirm that. But I take it you now can confirm that candy under those particular blocks (crystal or otherwise) cannot be moved ? And if so, my question ?

I dunno if you have the helper on or not but you can quickly reach a point where there are no moves left yet the helper might think there is IF there is a candy underneath those glass blocks that matches, one that the player cannot move !! So go back and test it quickly to see what I mean - you may have forgotten, they do change these things a lot. And then maybe you can look at the original question in a new light ;)

You'd save us both a lot of time and effort if you actually played the level in question and see what I am talking about - it would be evident immediately. Hehe, it proves my point precisely ! Not once does the player swipe the candy under the glass/crystal ! So my question remains :P

Ok then, go test out level 4629 and post a video of you swiping/moving the candy underneath the glass blocks.
