Same thing happened to me.. I WAS on level 5719 … No friends list either.. It will not connect to FaceBook. I got it back for a short time, then it went back to the beginning as well !!

I finally got my game back, but still can not connect to the app store.. I have cleared cache etc. but still can not add friends.. It's telling me that I have to have an internet connection, WHICH I DO! The, s something clearly wrong

I am using a HP Pavillion Laptop, which I have been using since I joined Facebook to play Candy Crush. I can still play on my Galaxy Android phone & My Kindle Fire (which has my level, but no friend list,nor can I get to the app store) Evidently the problem is on your end since so many others are having the same problem..…

Can't get the latest update, let alone, get to the app store. Don't even know where to update Candy Crush.. Getting ready to unistall the app for good.. It's just not fun anymore.. BTW my game is totally gone.. Progress, friend list etc. Please respond..
