@PummyRaj And once again, Candy Crush has stolen the lives I built up over the last 3 days. Unbelievable. I have not heard from you @PummyRaj. Even if I keep reloading the Accept Terms page, my lives are still gone. Some game this is.
@PummyRaj Something happened to the game and I had to clear it from my cache because it wouldn't load. When I was able to load it correctly, although the terms page had popped up, I reloaded the game again. However, all my lives were lost again! I don't think it's worth the frustration that is happening with this game.…
Hi @PummyRaj, I think the change when I went to the appointment triggered the "Please accept terms"...however I'm usually in one place when I play and I've noticed the "Please accept..." keeps showing even if I reload several times. And I often don't want to wait hours to see if it will go away. It doesn't go away if you…
Since I changed from a Mac to a PC, I'm being asked to accept terms about every 2-3 days and each time, I lose all my lives. Does this have to do with having a different computer? Is it based on the location I use it in? For example, I brought my PC to an appointment and I was prompted to accept terms and of course, all my…
King needs to fix this problem. Candy Royale is already an option in the Events section, so it shouldn't be forced on us in the main page. I just reload and reload the page because I refuse to play something I don't want to play. After several reloads I sometimes get a page without the Candy Royale on it. I like playing…
There is no opt-out x or "not now". They're forcing the game on us. I just keep reloading and sometimes after 4 reloads, the Candy Royale goes away. I don't like to be forced to play something I don't want to play. Fix it, King.
Same here. All day long I haven't been able to check the box to accept lives. Who knows what Candy Crush is doing...I suppose this means I have to spend my time cleaning and doing other things that need doing. However it's Spring Break and would be nice to play without having to wait for lives to show up every half hour.
Where is the picture even at? All I see are comments. I think King just pretends to show something to get us to visit the community page. I've looked for the graphic more than once and I don't see it.
I play on Facebook and I have lives from day to day for weeks and weeks and sometimes months. But they are temporary? Really, that's the best King could do? I have made none of the changes that would explain the loss of the lives. I think King doesn't wish to have any responsibility for their lack of competence in data…
I think we're talking about two different things. I'm not talking about a weekly race amongst several players. I'm talking about the chapter race amongst 5 people for 15 gold or 20 gold (if you've won previously). This is a different race and it's not based on the week. It's based on how fast 5 players finish a chapter.
I checked the link about making Candy Crush active, but it is already active. I have never had to renew the active status. So that info was not correct. I'm just not getting that many lives. Having 2,000 friends who are all gamers should get me plenty of lives per day, but as I said earlier, I'm getting maybe 10 per 18…
Most of us do not like change, especially when it's a favorite thing (game) that is being changed. Candy Crush Saga had to be changed - our browsers will soon not support Flash any more. I'm sure the King developers have done the best they can and that a lot of testing and research has gone into the new format. Instead of…
Turning off the notifications worked for me. I had turned them on in Apps (left side of FB home page) and went into the little gear under Candy Crush. It turns out this, stops lives from showing up and I'm guessing, also tickets. I hadn't changed anything but this. Now here's what's weird. Turning ON the notifications in…
Also, Candy Crush Soda works just fine. I also play it on Facebook. So it is NOT anything with my OS or computer. I receive lives and there are no problems.
