Welcome to the Community 😃 I'm afraid that is not something we can answer here but have you by any chance contacted our Player Support Team for help? You can do this directly from the game app which provides Player Support all the details that they need from your game. Hope this helps ☺️

Hey there! The game app might have lost connection so try disconnecting the game from your Facebook account, close the game app, open it again and reconnect to your Facebook account. Make also sure the game app is always up to date. Hope that does trick 😀
