Their emails make no sense. It is auto generated AI response. Why do we have to claim a badge. If one passes level 10,000, 11,000, 12,000, etc, the badge should be put on automatically. Why do they need a screenshot?

I blame the yahoos who post videos and boast solving the level with NO BOOSTERS! This hurts the fragile ego of the designer, who is so insecure, that the designer then reduces moves, puts in extra barriers, etc, to make himself/herself tough. Swallow your ego and don't drive players away from CC

The person who designed this level, I have a challenge for him!!! Post a video you did it in 20 moves and I'll bet my 3 months salary. If you cannot, then King should look at the performance of this individual who is driving players away from King games

I have been told I have been granted my 12,000 badge. However, on my profile, it shows only 10,000: 1.. When is the badge updated? Why should one post a screenshot? why is the badge not given automatically like the 10,000 badge? What is the thinking behind King's methods?

Some really insane person who has access to redesigning the level gets trigger happy and chsnges everything. YouTube solutionsxare posted by individuals playing the game, not officially from King. I bet my month's salary to have the designer who changed the levels 11950 and 11953 to solve it in 18 and 20 moves…
