If the Advent Calendar is for everyone, something is not working. I have not gotten the Advent Calendar on Dec. 1st. on any platform. Can I expect it on a later date?
Same problem today. The box was there, but after I played to collect the needed candies and went to collect the box was gone. The same thing happened when playing on Windows 10 or Facebook, so obvious troubleshooting does not help.
I am having the same problem. I have not gotten credit for weekly lives sent since Nov. 5th and I send lives every day. I am getting credit for win streak and weekly activity.
Will the time on the Deluxe Chocolate Box be extended so that those at the top level playing on Windows 10 will have enough time to complete 6 levels on the first try? As it stands now, my time will probably expire before I get up in the morning. I will not use that many boosters on the box, so the 6 levels is all I can do.
You are exactly right. It is not synching. Looks like you were having the same problem. I am not going to try anything else for fear of really messing things up. Thanks for your input. I wonder if other people have been having the same problem.
I have always had a problem trying to enter the Royalty Program using my King email. I always have to sign in using Facebook.
