Hi Carol. Agree with you 100%. Do you know if these messages are read by a human who can actually give a direct answer. I've started noticing there are levels that feel extremely familiar where they just tweaked it a little to make it look different.

queenb thats the standardised response, it is 99.99% impossible without paying, which for players of our level, feels like you guys are taking the P%$S out of us. I mean we are the ones that keep the game popular, all we want is fairness, its not always about the dollar.
