Hi @Samp1991 QueenB one of the Community Managers is definitely human and works for King. I believe QueenB plays CCS every now and again but probably not at the higher levels. But after reading many posts it's not just levels at the end of the map that are impossible to pass without lots of boosters or gold bars for extra moves. The main problem is we give feedback, some of which is passed back to the developers, but we very rarely get feedback ourselves on our feedback, to know if anything is being taken into consideration. And when someone who works for King gives an answer, they have to be careful what they say. That's why there are many of us who stay in the Community to say how it actually is.

Yes I guess there are many levels that seem familiar, especially those where we have to get the keys, then the skulls, then the mall-o-matic to get to the citrus chew, multi layered blockers etc etc.

It has been asked that the level team take videos of playing some of the impossible levels, to show us how they are meant to be Sweet, Fun, Relieve Stress, but we are still waiting for that to happen. I think they've tried and it's stressed them out so much, they've stopped playing 🤣

The Community needs more players to keep giving their thoughts, opinions, experiences, so please stick around 👍

I do believe that humans read these messages, yes, because QueenB and moderators like MountainMom are real people and they do read posts, especially if we tag them. The problem is that they oversee the community but are not themselves experts in how the game itself works. Those of us in this community who do play the game can see that the stock answers given by King community staff are plain useless, and I often get annoyed by the fact that some of these staff have the title "game expert" but give answers that clearly show they haven't themselves played the game in the past year. The AI has taken over writing and rewriting the levels. To be honest I am not sure at all if there are currently any human real King staff who know how to play Candy Crush or who could answer your question if they did read it.

Hi Carol. Agree with you 100%. Do you know if these messages are read by a human who can actually give a direct answer. I've started noticing there are levels that feel extremely familiar where they just tweaked it a little to make it look different.

I think the majority of players who have been playing for years and reached the 21000's knows that. But the way levels are designed now, there's hardly any chance of doing it.

Look for chances to combine special candies

Clear blockers early so you have more space to make bigger matches

Clear blockers early, that's a laugh 🥴. There are so many blockers and no moves given to get to them, you don't stand a chance.

Since you mentioned you are on Level 21495, other players who reached that level may also have tips to share. Hopefully some of the community experts will jump in with strategies as well.

I'm at the end of the map, but I'm sorry I really don't have any helpful tips left. I used to suggest to others that they play Don't feed the Annoying Troll to get a few decent boosters. King took notice of that, then changed it to new levels only. Also used to suggest collecting boosters from The Daily Treat Machine, King also took notice of that. Most of those are now timed, so you can't actually store them and use when you're ready to play. So to be honest it is just a case of working out for yourself what you want to do. Carry on and see how you get on, give up, or follow Christine's advice in Hit a wall of impossible levels.

The other option is, that King actually start taking notice of what so many of us keep leaving feedback on and make the game fun again. Will that ever happen, who knows, but one thing I can definitely suggest there is, don't hold your breath waiting 😶

queenb thats the standardised response, it is 99.99% impossible without paying, which for players of our level, feels like you guys are taking the P%$S out of us. I mean we are the ones that keep the game popular, all we want is fairness, its not always about the dollar.

I hear your frustration, especially after playing for more than 12 years. When you’ve seen the game evolve over that long, changes in level difficulty can definitely feel noticeable.

Levels marked as Hard, Super Hard, or Nightmarishly Hard are designed to be more challenging than regular levels. Sometimes they require a few attempts to understand the board layout and find the best strategy before they become manageable.
Sometimes adjusting your approach can help a lot. For example:

Try focusing on creating special candies like Striped, Wrapped, or Color Bombs
Look for chances to combine special candies
Clear blockers early so you have more space to make bigger matches

Since you mentioned you are on Level 21495, other players who reached that level may also have tips to share. Hopefully some of the community experts will jump in with strategies as well.

And if you’d like, feel free to share a screenshot of the level board. That often makes it easier for other players to suggest specific strategies.

Hello @Samp1991 The closer players get to the end of the map the more impossible the app makes it for anyone to get there without depleting their gold balance. Here is my take on this which I wrote a few months ago:
