You are supposed to be able to store 200 lives. More often than not when you log in 'terms' must be accepted (again) and your stored lives are gone. Hello If you had read my message you would know that I have cleaned history and cache numerous times. I have also emailed support twice only to receive an auto response that was useless.

Hi Have tries with Google Chrome, Firefox, and Slimjet. Browser History is cleared daily. CCleaner is also run a few time a day. My wife is able to play on the same computer with the same browsers without a problem
