I don’t know if this will work for everyone but I was getting check marks for task completion but my progress was not showing on left. HOWEVER, when I clicked on the green check marks my progress started updating and I was then able to claim my prizes. Definitely worth trying.

I just went through the uninstall and reinstall for both CC Jelly and Soda on two different devices. You will not lose your level or your gold bars but unfortunately you will lose all of your boosters. After you reinstall the game, log back in and then close the game. When you reopen it you will be back at your last level.…
