Hello Lola_Pop, I had to change my user name , formerly Susanm9090 to sort the mess my King games (Soda AND Jelly) were in. The connection error has been an issue apparently for months with no resolution but actually deleting the game and reinstalling clears that problem. But I lost not only all of my boosters but also all of my progress in this vacation game. So there needs to be a better solution that having people delete and reinstall just to get their vacation credits because they will lose much more.

I have tried everything but deleting and reinstalling. I can't bare to lose my daily bonus and my boosters. I guess I'll just do without summer vacation. I haven't ever had Kimmy's Arcade either. It would b awesome if someone figured out how to fix it.

I donβt know if this will work for everyone but I was getting check marks for task completion but my progress was not showing on left. HOWEVER, when I clicked on the green check marks my progress started updating and I was then able to claim my prizes. Definitely worth trying.

I tried tapping on the check marks. It shows it giving me credit but the progress bar doesn't change.

can you check both your device and game are on the latest versions. Then log out and restart your device, log back in. See if this sorts your problem still or it still persists
