I've tried and still the same. Its the 2nd time I've lost my pins. Earlier it was almost at 120 pins I collected and it got reset. First I thought was a glitch but this time I logged in from a new phone and boom the progress on my old phone is gone

Thanks. I've written to support about this earlier as well. But the solutions doesn't help I just have to complete the episode and restart my streak. This is how it currently looks like
