Hi @JannetteJewels I have the same problem, sorry, I am no help to you - I ended up not using Google and used Microsoft Edge instead and it works there. I am still having no luck with Google after several days! I thought it was just me though..

Hi Diamond_Lim - thank you, it does open now in Microsoft Edge but not in Google. Do you happen to know why this might be? Google browser is up to date, I did check that.
