I forgot to mention as well. I did not have a King account. I just created one here a few weeks ago to report the issue. I always used to log in on Facebook in-game.

I did it this way and via the contact us form. See my reply to the other post. I was given ticket numbers each time and every time it was closed.

I have opened three tickets now, and all have been closed without resolution. How is this possible?
