Lost half of my progress

I log in and save my progress with my Facebook account for the last 9 years. I was on some level in the mid 4000s and logged in a few days ago to see I am back at 2526 for some reason. I am also losing all of my races instantly. I tried reaching out to support twice, got no answer, and then got two feedback request e-mails which to me is indicative of they didn't even look at my ticket, closed it off and send me a request for feedback.

How do I recover my progress?

I have opened three tickets now, and all have been closed without resolution. How is this possible?

Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.

Musical season
Hello, I played so hard and purchased lot of coins to get 300 coins in musical season task, I finished 8 and still have the 9 one and I can't see it, yesterday I checked I see that I have 36 hours to be done. What can I do now it is not fair at all
Where did my gold bars go?
I completed 2 sets of levels, gold chocolate box, and finished all of my tapes earning over 100 gold bars. When I opened my game this morning, they were ALL GONE. I now have ZERO!!! I spend a lot of time earning those and would really appreciate if they were added back to my account. So upsetting!
