Thanks for the reply @DoubleB423 , however, I don't think I can do anything with this information. My issue also includes being unable to receive tickets from others in the community, so I cannot advance in the game, either. Do you know anything about this side of the issue? Thanks!
Hi @PummyRaj , Yes, I am also playing Candy Crush on King.com. I do not have the option of playing on a different device, but I have tried playing on a different browser, which did not seem to make a difference. I'm hoping for a solution instead of a workaround. Let me know what the Community Team say!
