I agree with you. I am ready to dump this game. I don'teven get any lives from all the friendsI have. I am certainly giving enough lives out.

Yes! I have had the same problem after the most recent update. I contacted them and they gave me the usual steps to take to correct it and nothing worked! They said to go to settings and clear the data in the game also, which will delete all of my progress, gold bars, lives etc!

So here I sit, I have an hour and a half of color bombs and an hour ofanother booster and all of the lives shown in my screenshot. BUT. What a load of 💩!!! Limiting players to only be able to accept 20 lives a day is so typical of King making it difficult to play the game! Especially when it takes 30 minutes to get a new life. I am a paying customer and they still took away the 30 extra moves that you can accumulate. So when I purchased a special yesterday that was good for 24 hours it was only useful until I got to a certain level and then was worthless because without the extra moves I can't advance.
