Well, and just like that it works fine again. I wasn't able to do anything to try and fix the game on FB. It just started working this afternoon. I'm not sure about my Kindle yet.

Also, I have been experiencing the grey screen on FB and the freezing on Kindle for about 5 days. The FB grey screen is frustrating. Do you think there will ever be a fix for this?

Thank you so much for your reply. The greyed out screen is only when I try to play the game on the Facebook website. The Kindle issue is just the freezing between levels. I will definitely go onto the app and report the issue with through the settings instructions you laid out. Thank you again for your help.
