This is what my screen looks like and I can't play game. Not sure how to refresh or update the game within the Facebook website.
I am able to play with the app on my Kindle, but it freezes between every life and I have to use "force stop" every time and start over to keep playing.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing the "Grey screen" in your game!
You are right! It is not your device(s), but the game itself! Are you experiencing this Grey screen issue on your Kindle also or is it only crashing? Unfortunately, nobody knows the reason behind this glitch! When the Studio investigates on their side, they are not able to find anything!
We have received few complaints about this! But, the glitch always gets resolved on it's own without doing anything by the player! For some players, it took a day or 2. And, for some players, it took a week (max)!
How long have you been experiencing this glitch? Hopefully, it will be resolved soon in your game also! But, please do not reinstall your game as it will not resolve the issue and you will lose all your saved boosters.
But, I would recommend you to send a complaint following below steps, so that they can record the issue⬇️

Thank you so much for your reply. The greyed out screen is only when I try to play the game on the Facebook website.
The Kindle issue is just the freezing between levels. I will definitely go onto the app and report the issue with through the settings instructions you laid out.

As I mentioned above, nobody knows what is causing the glitch and what is removing the glitch!! The max it took for a player was a week! I am glad that your game is back at least after 5 days🌟
With regards to the issue on Kindle - can you please check which version of the App do you have on it? Also, is it a new model and updated with the latest software version?
There might be an update tomorrow for the game App! Can you look for that and install it and see if the issue resolves?
