Like many others, two of us have lost our F5 event. We can score for the other three but get no benefits in terms of boosters. Emailed King. No response.
That is why things are so frustrating. We fill in the form to highlight an issue. We don’t get to communicate with a real person. The robot refers us to the community. Nothing happens. I’d suggest it’s a significant pr issue.
All you have done is to reiterate my point that some players are more favoured than others. The robot refers our queries to here. You refer us back to King. Nothing changes. Looks like an all-round abrogation of responsibility!!
That’s where I started before posting again. Some players are receiving the rewards on an individual level after contacting King - others are not (me included). Why does the ‘group fix’ seem to be selective?
So after my last post I finally got the adventure. Finished the first part and then it disappeared. No amount of restarting will bring it back. It’s obviously not set up well (or stable enough) to run on an iPhone.
Hi. I’ve finished up to level 7145 and play on my iPhone. Not a sign of the Rainbow Rapids adventure. Am I missing something? Yes I have logged off and restarted and I am playing the latest version of the game.
