Hello Heather. I will ask someone to look into this for you. I'm facing the same issue, all my boosters are gone after the latest update which brought the sugar drops. I play on my android phone and its not connected to Facebook.I had collected those boosters for so long now, was saving them for the tougher levels. :-( :'(
