I am also not receiving lives from friends anymore. It seems King has discontinued the facility of lives from friends to play un-interrupted. Is it with others too. Can King clarify if the utility has been withdrawn?

I am also facing the same problem. At least in four attempts, I find that the last cherry gets stuck at the exit and does not fall through the clear opening. As a result, I am stuck at the game since last two days and must have made 50 attempts to clear the level 9197.

To maintain interest in the game, the arrangement to reset the board needs to be restored. Otherwise, the game has become very boring.
