I'm having the same problem as being reported by others and I definitely haven't used my 20 lives since reset.

@Alienscar I definitely didn't have that present box when I logged in. Thank you for the honesty, but from past experience, I bet they will want a screenshot to prove I didn't receive it, even though the only one I have is what my score was in the event because I kept checking over two days to see if it would show up.

Hi Elsa, Thank you for the welcome and response. I tried the tips you suggested but they didn't resolve the problem unfortunately. I hope this glitch/issue will be fixed soon.
