I have the same problem. It happened yesterday, and I as charged. I contacted customer service and was given the deal I purchased. However, it happened again today, although it didn't charge me. There is clearly an issue with the store that hasn't been fixed, yet. I guess I won't be spending any money! I play on my windows…

Actually, I haven't encountered that screen. So, it hasn't been freezing up and not allowing me to close it.
